Summer Mango Feast at Cafe in the Hyatt Regency, Hong Kong

Hong Kong - Posh eatery Cafe presents a Summer Mango Feast running from May through June. The feast will serve up an impressive variety of mango delicacies on a rotational basis at various live cooking stations during the lunch and dinner buffet.

When coming to the Chinese live cooking station, diners can feast on Cantonese mango dishes fresh out of the wok, ranging from spare ribs with mango sauce to Wok-fried prawn with mangoes to deep-fried seafood mango rolls, as well as fried rice with seafood and mangoes

In addition, Indian chefs will create Fish Kokum Curry with mangoes, Okra mango masalaas well as mango masala papadums and more at the Indian live cooking station to bring you various Indian flavours infused with mangoes.
