The Jiya ring from Swiss jeweller De Grisogono is not what meets the eye. Rather than one, it is composed of seven rings that combine to form one voluptuous shape. The sum of the seven encrusted rose gold bands adds up to 386 (7.3-carats) white diamonds and 40 (4.8-carats) black diamonds
