Kilimanjaro is the new restaurant and bar project by Turkish live entertainment company Pozitif, which also runs Istanbul’s top live music venue Babylon next door. With both venues located inside the Bomontiada complex on the site of the renovated Historic Bomonti Beer Factory, it’s only fitting that Kilimanjaro’s menu is comprised of local flavours that pay homage to the neighbourhood. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite before a concert or simply taking a break from exploring the district, you’re guaranteed to find what you’re looking for among Kilimanjaro’s selection of shareable dishes and exclusive cocktails.
With two dining rooms on two floors, Alancha offers serious gourmands a tasting menu-only restaurant upstairs, and, to others, a more laid-back restaurant-bar on the ground floor. Along with their seasonal menu of surprising fusion tastes, they also serve incredible cocktails prepared by using serious lab equipment.
