Town House Street Milan

Town@house street is an innovative project in the world of luxury hospitality, a design concept in which shop and business spaces are converted into accommodation. The pilot structure in Milan is the first PHS (Permanent Hospitality Space), which is entirely digitally controlled,has a unique and distinctive interior design by the Italian architect Simone Micheli. Guests in one of the four suites at street level feel closely in contact with the dynamic Porta Venezia district, and the services available include all amenities, and a minikitchen.

The four suites cover approximately 35 square metres each, and they are all fully-equipped mini apartments, with wardrobe, bathroom and kitchen. Each is distinctive for a dominant colour, which is applied to the futuristic furniture blocks that make up the interior design. Other facilities include wifi, audio sound system for MP3 player, flat LCD TV, microwave, kitchen facilities, phone, air-conditioning, writing desk, in-room safe, courtesy toiletries, hairdryer and more. The suites are fully automated; check in and check out are performed at Town House 31 just round the corner.

Town House Street is in the Porta Venezia district, conveniently located for the fashion district, and other shopping streets such as Via Durini and Corso Matteotti (design), and Corso Buenos Aires. In the area there are many attractive restaurants and bars, and underground rail links.
