Ming Court Restaurant
Recently opened as the hotel’s new signature restaurant, Ming Court offers modern Chinese cuisine with both Cantonese and Shanghainese influences. The stylish dining area has a view over the Xintiandi district and Tai Ping Lake, the perfect backdrop for a restaurant where presentation is everything from its staff uniforms to its designer show plates. The exquisite cuisine is given priority with two renowned executive chefs. Whilst Chef Kwong from Hong Kong specializes in the Cantonese dishes, Chef Tony Su, a local, is responsible for the Shanghainese menu. Guests are encouraged to experiment with the superb wine selection.
