Rooms and suites
All guest rooms and suites at The Lanesborough have the most advanced yet unobtrusive technology, and they offer many complimentary amenities including Sony VAIO laptops in all guest rooms, high-speed wireless internet access, movies on demand, fresh fruit and mineral water replenished daily, change of clothing pressed on arrival, tea and coffee on arrival and with wake-up calls, and the 24-hour Butler Services. There are several types of suites, starting from the Lanesborough Junior and Executive Junior Suites. These feature the gracious comforts of an open sitting area and a king-size bed. The decor delicately combines elegant details from the Regency period with state-of-the-art technology. Bathrooms feature Carrara marble, a rejuvenating spa bath and separate shower stall. Executive Junior Suites can be expanded into two bedroom suites, ideal for families with children. The Apsley Suites have a private dressing area, a king-size bed and a separate living room, perfect for entertaining. The suite's décor celebrates the pure elegance typical of the Regency era, combined with carefully concealed state-of-the-art technology.

The Royal Suite has an extravagant layout which includes stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offering superb views of Constitutional Arch and the manicured grounds of Buckingham Palace. Apsleys Restaurant by Heinz Beck
This is the first restaurant outside Italy to have been created by internationally renowned chef, Heinz Beck - holder of 3 Michelin stars at La Pergola in Rome. As Beck has said of his cooking, it is "a light cuisine based on Mediterranean flavours". The Executive Chef, and the man responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of Beck's menu, is Massimiliano Blasone, who until recently was the executive chef at Castello Banfi, the Tuscan estate producing Brunello di Montalcino wine. Apsleys has two private dining rooms and two wine tasting rooms which offer an impressive list of wines, with many available by the glass.

Afternoon Tea
Served with all the traditional trimmings, The Lanesborough's award-winning Afternoon Tea includes freshly baked scones, thick clotted cream and home-made fruit preserves. Karl Kessab, England's first tea sommelier, provides guidance in personal tea selection, and presents varieties of tea that have been carefully selected and generally purchased at auction. The menu includes herbal infusions, the anti-oxidant-rich Rooibos Tea from South Africa, fruit teas, ice tea, green teas, and the luscious menu "Belgravia Tea," a full afternoon tea selection served with fresh strawberries and cream, and complemented by a glass of champagne. On request, gluten and dairy-free teas can be prepared.
Afternoon tea is served daily at 4.00, 4.30 or 5.00 p.m., and it ends at 6.00 p.m.

Garden Room and Library Bar
The Garden Room is the first and only luxury smoking venue in Knightsbridge, providing the best smoking room in London and housing an extensive collection of Cuban and Pre-Castro cigars.

The Library Bar is designed in the style of a Regency Library, with bookcases lined with leather bound books, subdued lighting, and deep leather wing chairs. It has an outstanding collection of ‘liquid history’ vintage cognacs, highlighted by display cabinets and bespoke cocktails. Enjoy your drinks while a roaring fire creates a warm and intimate atmosphere.

The Withdrawing Room, decorated in Regency style, features a beautiful central fireplace and spacious seating comprising of large high-sided comfortable chair and sofas which creates an ideal area for informal meetings or simply relaxing with a drink.

Lanesborough fleet
The Lanesborough fleet consists of two Rolls Royce Phantoms, and a collection of cars including Mercedes S class, BMW 7 Series vehicles, and a Mercedes V class ideal for family pick-ups. All cars in The Lanesborough fleet can be commissioned for airport transfers or directed chauffeur service.

The Spa Studio
Melt away any signs of stress or fatigue with the Spa Studio's unparalleled selection of therapies and treatments, each of which can be personalised specifically for each customer. Two of the world's finest lines of beauty products are used, La Prairie and Comfort Zone. The Serail, a treatment offered in the beautifully tiled Serail steam room under a sky of twinkling lights, provides a traditional Arabian Cleansing ritual, with a choice of pigmented therapeutic muds. Steam infused with essences refreshes the respiratory system and purifies the skin. After this, a gentle warm rinse washes away the mud leaving the body deeply cleansed and regenerated. The Serail is available as a special, specific treatment for one or two persons or in combination with complementing therapies. For example, in the Lanesborough Serail Spa Massage Ritual, the Serail initiates the release of emotional and physical tensions, and this is followed by a deep tissue massage using oils to relax the muscles, and calm and uplift the spirit, depending on mood and time of day.

In another speciality, The Caviar Body Treatment utilizes luxurious caviar for an exclusive nourishing and energising total body massage.
