An icon of British heritage with exceptional grace and comfort
Located in the heart of Mayfair on Park Lane, overlooking Hyde Park, The Dorchester is set amidst the exclusive London shopping of Bond Street and Knightsbridge and is within easy access to the Palace, West End theatres, the Royal Albert Hall and the National Gallery. With its 250 exceptionally elegant rooms, three Michelin star restaurant Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester and exquisitely designed brand new Spa and Spatisserie, the Dorchester is an icon of British heritage that effuses the glamour and elegance of the 1930s. Those in the know tend to stay in one of the three Roof Suites which have London’s largest wrap-around suite terraces and their own private Butler.

The Dorchester Spa
The Dorchester Spa has reopened after extensive renovation, giving London an entirely new wellness experience. Its Art Deco interior styling evokes 1930s luxury, and it includes a chandelier of 75,000 South Pacific white pearls. In this setting, the treatments offered include signature facials by internationally-renowned Vaishaly and Carol Joy London, as well as skincare treaments by Kerstin Florian and Aromatherapy Associates. The nine spacious and sound-proofed treatment rooms include two double suites, a mani-pedi suite and a relaxation room.
The Vaishaly Signature Facial is a unique combination of hi-tech and holistic techniques, with gentle extraction, skin-polishing micro-dermabrasion, and Vaishaly's uniquely effective craniosacral massage. The final mask, exclusive to The Dorchester Spa, leaves skin naturally glowing and visibly rejuvenated. It is no surprise that it is in great demand.
Body treatments include the soothing Lavender Crush, which utilizes the healing properties of wild lavender to attain an invigorating and detoxifying exfoliation. The cycle ends with a restful scalp and body massage, including warm healing stones. The Spirulina Detox Wrap is based on one of the latest discoveries in cosmetics, live spirulina algae, which is a hitherto untapped natural source of vitamins, minerals and proteins that nourish and revitalize body and face. The treatment includes full body exfoliation, a relaxing scalp massage, and an application of marine firming crème. The result is a highly effective method of combating cellulite.
After renewal in body and mind, The Spatisserie is a gloriously opulent location in which to enjoy light lunches, afternoon tea, and Champagne cocktails, in a unique venue where dress code ranges from normal day wear to dressing robes. Other services at The Dorchester include hair styling by Royston Blythe and Nick Malenko, the Dorchester Barber Shop, and the Fitness studio, with Technogym, free weights, and Kinesis One equipment.
The Dorchester Spa is open Monday-Saturday 7 a.m.-9 p.m., Sunday and Bank Holidays 8 a.m.-9 p.m.
