Newly opened in fall 2009, the Address Dubai Mall is a fashion lovers dream. Ember
Ember is not what you’d expect from a Dubai restaurant. Trendy yet sophisticated, high-end yet casual, the chic signature restaurant at the Address Dubai Mall seems more Lower East Side than Middle East. Having recently opened in February 2010, Ember offers a menu of international grill cuisine in a warehouse-like space, with white exposed brick walls, high ceilings and large overhead skylights. The restaurant space is enveloped on one side by a large open kitchen, and on the other by a hip cocktail lounge. Chef Jason Oakley has created an inspired menu featuring such mouthwatering temptations as a perfectly grilled wagyu steak, or a Japanese skewered cod with miso. The restaurant is connected to the Dubai Mall and offers direct access from Bloomingdale’s.

Na3Na3
Don’t be confused by the name, which in Arabic is pronounced nana and means “mint.” Na3Na3 at The Address Dubai Mall offers its guests a real treat of local tastes, using only the best and most authentic ingredients. The tranquil, minimalist environment allows you to enjoy your dining experience to the full, with different cooking stations for culinary entertainment, and friendly staff who help you take your pick among the many options in the Arabic buffet. Be sure to try the hummus, the tabbouleh and the Tunisian desserts. The restaurant is open all day.
