Bravo Tapas Bar & Restaurant
Linger over the best of Spanish cuisine at Bravo, the Sheraton Abu Dhabi’s popular Iberian restaurant. The tapas portions are the perfect size for sharing, with hot and cold specialities such as piquant patatas bravas and juicy garlic marinated prawns. Or choose a traditional paella – diners are spoiled for choice with seven different varieties on the menu, from the hearty paella de carne, with chicken and beef sausage, to the delicate arroz negro with squid and shrimps, flavoured with cuttlefish ink. The Menu de Degustacion is a wonderful way to sample a cross section of the menu, with a large selection of traditional and contemporary tapas, plus a platter of artisanal Spanish cured meats and speciality cheeses.

Il Paradiso
Exuding an aura of peaceful tranquility, particularly on the beautiful terrace overlooking the lagoon, Il Paradiso is often considered one of the best, and most romantic restaurants in Abu Dhabi. Specializing in fresh seafood, guests are invited to select live lobsters or fish from the seafood market, which the restaurant’s expert cooks will then prepare according to the customer’s preference. The menu also contains some tasty meat and vegetarian dishes. Signature dishes include an appetizer of prawn nigri, clam stew and fresh oysters, a main course of slow baked Chilean sea bass served with string beans and a seafood risotto paella, and a dessert of poached pears served with cinnamon ice cream.

La Mamma
Chef Massimo creates traditional Italian dishes with a contemporary twist at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi’s resident Italian restaurant, La Mamma. Diners feast on signature dishes like pan-fried Chilean sea bass with potato cake and thyme sauce or the beef bacon and wild mushroom risotto with smoked scamorza cheese, exquisitely prepared in the restaurant’s open kitchen.

Cloud Nine
For the perfect ending to a busy day look no further than Cloud Nine Cigar & Champagne Bar. The animal prints and oriental carpets may seem a bit kitschy at first glance, but once ensconced within the confines of a plush armchair, sipping a cognac and smoking a fine Cuban, you’ll begin to feel at home in the salon’s interiors. Soft lighting and low music accompany the server’s who make the rounds dispensing dirty martinis, vintage champagnes and loads of delectable bar treats. For your smoking pleasure, an impressive walk-in humidor proffers a vast array of exclusive cigars. So sit back, relax and enjoy the beluga, it’s going to be a comfy ride.
