Residenza di Ripetta is part of the Royal Demeure Hotel Group. it is in a building that dates back to the 17th century; it was originally a monastery, and as a result its buildings are developed around a lovely internal cloister. Its conversion to a luxury hotel was achieved by renovation work performed in 2010-2011. The hotel is right at the heart of Rome, a short distance from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps. This means that it is very close to Rome's principal shopping streets, Via del Corso, Via del Babuino, Via Condotti and Via Frattina.

The 69 suites incorporate elements of the original 17th century Baroque architecture, with high ceilings, spacious rooms and massive walls. The history of the location is expressed by paintings, statues, sculptures, and what was once a church and oratorio with lovely 18th-century frescoes. The suites are all quiet, superbly furnished and fully equipped, to ensure absolute tranquillity and relaxation. In keeping with the original architecture, the suites all have their individual personality, with different colour schemes and furnishings. The suites vary in dimensions, starting from Executive Double rooms, to Royal Suites, Executive Duplex Apartments, and right through to two Presidential Suites. Facilities include satellite TV, room service, laundry, safe deposit box, air conditioning, high speed internet and wifi, while additional services that can be ordered include car hire, guides and tours, and airport transfers.

The Presidential Suites in particular have provided accommodation for international personalities from all over the world, who have enjoyed their privacy and the lovely views onto the secluded internal garden. These suites have a floor area of about 88 square metres, and are designed on one or two levels. They all have two bedrooms, a large lounge, a built-in kitchenette, a dining area, and two bathrooms entirely in marble.

Sports activities available near the hotel include golf at the Olgiata Golf Club, an 18-hole course situated 27 km from the hotel. Jogging can be practised in the Villa Borghese park, just 10 minutes away. A riding centre is 500 metres away. The Kami Spa, 600 metres from the hotel, gives guests the chance to relax, recharge and enjoy personalized wellness treatment.

Café di Ripetta American Bar & Restaurant
This welcoming and cosy restaurant features cuisine by famous chef Rodolfo Chieroni, whose speciality is "pictorial cuisine,": his recipes are true works of art, in which wonderful flavours are accompanied by colours and shapes creating "landscapes of taste." While Café di Ripetta American Bar & Restaurant is an indoor room, Giardino di Ripetta is an al fresco location in the hotel's inside garden, open in spring and summer, with lovely Mediterranean plants and green gazebos. It is the perfect place to relax while enjoying a cocktail or a light dish with friends.
Café Ripetta is open for breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Lunch is available all day at Giardino di Ripetta. Dinner is served at Café di Ripetta from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. The hotel's bar is open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.
