Classic examples include the Dublin bay prawn ravioli in a shellfish and basil sauce, and the vegetarian asparagus risotto with truffle oil and Parmesan wafers. Pastry chef Nicolas Renoir creates sweet delights such as the super Caribbean chocolate and bitter cocoa lava cake.

Early in the bar's history, it became famous in the city because it was the focus for celebrations of Charles Lindbergh's historic solo flight across the Atlantic in 1927.
