Molino Stucky Hilton Venice

Classic architecture of the Renaissance reborn as Venice's hospitality landmark

Molino Stucky is a landmark site when you arrive in Venice, an imposing refurbished mill set on the island of Giudecca. The latter actually consists of a group of eight interconnected islands, just minutes from Piazza San Marco, and so the views from the hotel's rooms, suites and rooftop bar are absolutely magnificent. Not surprisingly, rooms and suites feature generous windows, and the restoration has sensitively preserved the timber-beamed ceilings. Refinement is guaranteed throughout, with Venetian fabrics and marble bathrooms, together with state-of-the-art technology.

Dining at the Molino Stucky Hilton is an experience in which the unforgettable location is combined with superlative flavours. Aromi is the fine dining restaurant, while Il Molino offers an original and informal setting for breakfast. Enjoy aperitifs or after-dinner drinks at Bacaromi Bar, the Rialto Lobby Bar, or the Skyline rooftop bar.

Another unique experience made possible by the Molino Stucky Hilton is a swim in the stunning rooftop swimming pool, 35 metres above the waters of the lagoon. After your plunge, enjoy drinks and snacks at the Skyline Bar alongside.

Aromi
The Molino Stucky Hilton's flagship restaurant Aromi presents contemporary Mediterranean cuisine in an intimate, romantic and sophisticated setting. There is an internal dining room, as well as a superb terrace looking onto Venice and the Giudecca Canal. Chef Diego Magro uses fresh seasonal ingredients in creative Mediterranean and Venetian recipes. Aromi is open every evening from 7.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Il Molino
Il Molino Restaurant is a mellow and informal restaurant, in a setting formed by two carefully-restored buildings at the heart of the hotel. Breakfast is served here every day from 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. (until 11 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

Bacaromi
Bacaromi is a classic Venetian-style cicchetteria in which you can savour typical Venetian cuisine, the local "cicchetti" (snacks) and a glass of wine while you relax in the informal atmosphere of the Bacaromi terrace. Needless to say, there are spectacular views of the Giudecca Canal. Open from June to September, 6.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Rialto
The Rialto Bar & Lounge offers all day dining, and it is the perfect meeting point for cocktails, coffee or snacks. The stunning architecture includes evidence of the Molino Stucky's glorious past as a flour mill. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy a drink al fresco on the terrace. Live entertainment is available during the evening in high season. Open from morning to midnight every day.

Skyline Rooftop Bar
This prize-winning bar on the eighth floor of the Molino Stucky is remarkable for its quality of service, but above all, it offers truly spectacular views from the terraces. One is under cover so that comfort is assured even on a showery day, or during the hottest days of summer. Every Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m., there are sophisticated aperitifs and snacks with a DJ set. World-class barman Riccardo Semeria prepares innovative cocktails that comprise revisited classics and new inventions.
