Chef Graeme Ritchie regularly adjusts his menu based on the availability of seasonal produce and fresh seafood. Imbibe in a pre-dinner cocktail in the stylish bar. Once seated order Chef Ritchie’s personalized chacuterie platter with carefully selected wine pairings. For dinner, choose from among Chinese specialties like the pan-fried beef tenderloin with crispy garlic, or an Italian plate of pumpkin and goat cheese ravioli. Café Marco
