Cucina

Located on the sixth floor of the Marco Polo Hotel, Cucina serves traditional Italian and specialty Chinese cuisine, along with some truly amazing desserts. Chef Graeme Ritchie regularly adjusts his menu based on the availability of seasonal produce and fresh seafood. Imbibe in a pre-dinner cocktail in the stylish bar. Once seated order Chef Ritchie’s personalized chacuterie platter with carefully selected wine pairings. For dinner, choose from among Chinese specialties like the pan-fried beef tenderloin with crispy garlic, or an Italian plate of pumpkin and goat cheese ravioli. After dinner, retire to the cozy rooftop terrace for a starlit digestive.

Café Marco
