Las Arenas Balneario Resort

The Hotel Balneario Las Arenas is the only super-luxury five-star hotel in the Santos chain. Restaurante Sorolla
Chef José María Baldo and his team present a deceptively simple cuisine made up of traditional flavours and careful visual composition. Just the names of the recipes give an idea of the approach adopted: Black tagliatelle with Valencian mussels and a sherry cream sauce; turbot with potato foam and wild mushroom ragout. Desserts are fabulous, and throughout, the sommelier is on hand to help you accompany the dishes to perfection. Don't miss the lovely views over the Mediterranean from the terrace.

Spa Las Arenas
The swimming pool is an outstanding feature at this hotel and resort. It was built by the architect Doménech in the early 20th century and was inaugurated in 1933. Its size and spectacular diving boards, immortalised by Josep Renau in one of his famous posters, are such as to have made the building a “protected monument.” In addition to the main pool, there is a lower level with a children's pool, a large solarium with deckchairs, and a bar. The Spa and gym provide a range of services, including a room for relaxation, classical spa treatments, cosmetics and hair styling, and a paddle court. All this in a lovely environment featuring sun, sky, and the heady fragrance of the sea, together with unbeatable service.
