Restaurante Ramón Freixa
In the hotel gardens, you’ll find the entrance to Ramón Freixa Madrid, their 2 Michelin starred restaurant which was also named as the city’s best restaurant at Madrid Fusión 2011. The mouth-watering menu features seasonal dishes that have earned awards and acclaim for the Catalan chef such as his textured tomatoes in summer or the truffle dishes in winter.
