FINDS Restaurant
An acronym for Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden, FINDS is a unique presence on the Hong Kong culinary scene. One of the hippest restaurants in the city, FINDS serves traditional Scandinavian cuisine from lunch until late, alongside deliciously innovative cocktails, under the moniker of ‘Molecular Mixology’. A must is the six-course seafood signature menu, which includes a King Crab cocktail and the Greenland Shrimp Soup, a masterpiece of shrimp mousse, shaved fennel, and dill. If you’re dining late night, sample some offerings from the Scapas menu (Scandinavian tapas). Chef Jaako Sorsa has created a menu of small plates accompanied with complementary cocktails. Try the award-winning Earl Grey Tea Martini, paired with an asparagus and morel Scapa.
