Hotel de la Paix is a 5-star boutique hotel on the banks of Lake Geneva, with a subtle combination of Italian architecture and modern design. The hotel was built in 1865 in the city centre, and it has been a part of life in Geneva since then.

Rooms and suites

 

There are 40 Superior rooms, 29 Deluxe rooms and 15 Junior Suites at Hotel de la Paix, and they are all unique in interior design, created by Sybille de Margerie. Rooms have lovely lake views, with principally modern décor on two themes, rose petals and water droplets, and amenities including high-speed internet or wi-fi internet, personalized climate control, in-room safe and flat-screen TV.

Junior suites have garden or lake views, and luxurious marble bathrooms with shower, bath, heated towel racks and sumptuous toiletries by Annick Goutal.

The Mont-Blanc Suite provides a clear view to the highest peak in Europe, with a private balcony that also offers a panorama of Lake Geneva.

Bar Nobel

 

Geneva’s Bar Nobel is a classic upscale bar. Mahogany floors, fireplace and comfortable seating creates a plush atmosphere. The menu comprises an extensive selection of cocktails, champagnes and fine vintage wines. Begin your culinary journey at the bar, and continue to the hotel's Michelin-starred Vertig'O restaurant. Finish your evening by lingering over a fine whisky, port or cognac. The bar is open every day from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 a.m.

Vertig'O

Chef Jérôme Manifacier brilliantly directs this restaurant, undoubtedly one of the best in Geneva with its well-deserved Michelin star. Cuisine is traditional French with Mediterranean influences, famous for its daring and dynamic recipes. Manifacier's culinary style expresses the flavour of ingredients to the fullest. The menu changes every week, accompanied by service, which is courteous and highly professional. Make your dinner reservations in advance.
