Les Ambassadeurs Gastronomic Restaurant
The hotel's sought-after restaurants, bar and tea room are landmarks in Parisian life. Since 2010, young and talented Head Chef Christopher Hache has taken the helm of the hotel’s kitchens. First and foremost, there is the gastronomic restaurant “Les Ambassadeurs”, acknowledged to be one of the best dining venues in the city. The Count’s of Crillon’s former ballroom dazzles with marble, luxurious crystal chandeliers and frescoes on the ceiling, the place is grand and majestic, impressive in its scope as well as in the splendour of its Louix XV decoration, created in that period by architect Ange-Jacques Gabriel. In 2011, “Les Ambassadeurs” received its first Michelin Star, awarded to Christopher and his team. The venue welcomes you for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch at weekends.

LUXOS recommends: Game pie and salad with truffle vinaigrette as a starter; farm hen with black truffle sauce and risetto with black truffles as a main; and apple tart Tatin, with Granny Smith sherbert and a tangy cream.

L'Obé
L'Obé is a relaxed, contemporary restaurant that has quickly established a reputation as a leading venue for stylish dining at the heart of the Faubourg Saint Honoré district. In cool but mellow interiors, you can enjoy an original menu that presents a palate of flavours composed with a light and creative hand, based on quality ingredients and sophisticated trimmings. The menu itself is a pleasure to open, because it is designed like a colour chart, inspired by an artistic and colourful interpretation of Paris. Wines are available by the bottle and by the glass. The Winter Garden
The Winter Garden is at a focal point of life in Hôtel de Crillon. It is close to the restaurant Les Ambassadeurs, and it extends from the Patio. It has a truly sumptuous atmosphere created by the gold and beige tones, with plush deep red armchairs and settees, glittering chandeliers, and the superb "Elephant" drinks cabinet made by Baccarat in crystal and gilded bronze. The space is a pleasant location at any time of day, for a cup of coffee in the morning, or their fantastic teatime delicacies in the afternoon, or a light lunch. It is a truly spellbinding setting, ideal for meeting a friend and enjoying the better things in life. The Winter Garden is open every day from 9.00 a.m. to 10 p.m.

With the first warm rays of sunshine, tables are set up outside in “Le Patio”, an interior courtyard framed by the hotel’s sumptuous architecture. A snack and beverage menu is served in this most refreshing mineral setting, a genuine cocoon away from the hustle and bustle of Paris.

Winter Garden at Hôtel de Crillon
Tea in the Winter Garden on "Le Patio" at Hôtel de Crillon has become a firm favourite with visitors and locals alike, as a refreshing break during the morning and afternoon. Tea is served every day from 3.00 p.m. to 6 p.m., with a sophisticated menu of pastries and other delicacies, changing every two months. The menu includes some superb coffees, such as the rare and smooth Guatemala mountain blend, featuring chocolate, caramel, citrus and honey aromas. If it's really hot, you will find the iced coffee a truly refreshing change.

The Bar

The Maison de Beauté Carita is an institution with over 60 years experience in promoting wellness and beauty. It was founded by two visionary sisters, Rosy and Maria Carita, at number 11, rue du Faubourg St Honoré, and the Carita sisters soon established a reputation as the "beauty magicians" by means of their Global Beauty Concept dedicated to face, body and hair. They use their own personalized products. The Hôtel de Crillon concierge can make bookings for guests (48 hours prior notice required) and provide any further information required. Fitness
The Fitness Centre at Hôtel de Crillon is open exclusively to hotel guests, who can access the facility at any time of day. It has the very latest equipment, including bicycle trainers, aerobic steps, weights, benches and incline benches, a rowing machine, treadmills, gym balls, TV and hi-fi. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
