mezza9 Macau
Mezza9 Macau on Level 3 was inspired by the famous mezza9 at Grand Hyatt Singapore and focuses on international fare. Mezza9 Macau aims to stimulate not just the taste buds, but also the senses of sight, sound, smell and touch, by integrating the diner with elaborate counter displays and theatrical show kitchens. As the name suggests, different wining and dining experiences are on offer: Macanese; Grill; The Sushi and sashimi bar; The Wok; The Steam Basket; The Deli; The Pâtisserie; The Wine Cellar and Bar. Other than in the main restaurant, guests can also choose to dine on the outdoor terrace; in one of four semi-private, Japanese wood-lined booths; or in one of three 10- to 12-seater private rooms (one in a wine cellar).

Beijing Kitchen
Beijing Kitchen on the Lobby replicates the highly successful format of Grand Hyatt Beijing’s Made in China restaurant, and is one of the signature restaurants at City of Dreams. The 225-seater restaurant specialises in northern Chinese fare, from classic Shanghainese appetisers to hand-pulled noodles and authentic Peking Duck in Macau. At the same time, Beijing Kitchen augments the Chinese dining experience with certain western elements, such as an array of fine wines, gourmet coffee and European desserts. Guests can dine family-style in the main dining space or in one of five private dining rooms seating 8 to 10, one of which doubles as a wine room.

Recreation, Health and Wellness
The hotel’s Fitness Centre is open 24 hours, the gym overlooks the Pool Deck and features the latest cardio and resistance machines, equipped with personalised LCD screens offering cable TV and music. Yoga and Pilates classes are conducted alfresco on the Pool Deck.

Those who prefer to unwind at a more leisurely pace may prefer Isala Spa. Each of the 15 spa suites (six of them designed for couples) features a private rain-shower, vanity area and washroom. Elsewhere in the spa, guests can avail themselves of whirlpools, steam rooms, freeze showers and relaxation lounges, and there is also a dedicated foot massage area overlooking private landscaped gardens. Signature treatments combine the healing traditions of Traditional Chinese Medicine with scientifically proven aesthetic treatments.

Suites
Measuring 64 square metres, ‘Grand Suites’ in the Grand Tower feel particularly spacious and feature an entirely separate living area, divided by a sliding door.
