Renovated in 2003, Grand Hyatt Istanbul has 360 Rooms including 98 King, 157 Deluxe King (including 3 Rooms for disabled guests), 71 Grand Club rooms with special amenities, 22 Suites (12 with kitchenette), 1 Presidential Suite and 8 fully furnished luxury apartments. 2 floors housing Grand Club rooms and suites, there is also a private lounge and reception that provides separate check-in and check-out facility.

Restaurant facilities
From December 2011, the Grand Hyatt Istanbul has begun renovation of its iconic restaurants Agora and Spazio. Work will be completed in June 2012. The new facilities will include a new dining venue featuring the latest in restaurant innovation as well as residential meeting concepts. The new restaurant will emphasise culinary variation, featuring both regional Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine as well as authentic cooking methods. The various kitchens and preparation areas will be brought into the spotlight, and chefs and diners will be able to interact, with meals prepared at various live cooking stations within the restaurant.

Business
Being in the centre of Congress Valley, Grand Hyatt Istanbul also offers business services for its guests. Highly adaptable meeting and conference rooms, tech-smart amenities make this the ideal setting to conduct business. Grand Hyatt Istanbul has a total of 1507 square meters of function space with 13 meeting rooms, including a ballroom, large pre-function space, 5 boardrooms, flexible and divisible meeting rooms. All meeting rooms have “Easy Meet Unit”, a high-tech wall with general meeting equipment such as a screen, overhead projectors, slide screen, whiteboard, slide projector, barcovision, sound system, wireless microphone, DVD and VCR player, television, fax, air conditioning and lighting system.
New meeting facilities are currently being developed. They will be residential in nature, consisting of six rooms with space for from 10 to 100 guests.
