One Harbour Road
A split-level restaurant resembling an elegant mansion during the 1930s, with superb harbour views, cosy residential décor, glass ceiling and a fountain. It is best known for serving traditional home-style Cantonese cuisine, lovingly prepared and graciously presented.

Grand Hyatt Steakhouse
Opened in April 2011, Grand Hyatt Steakhouse features prime cuts of beef from the US, Canada and Japan. Additional offerings include an oyster and seafood bar, an elaborate salad bar and a stylish cigar room. There is an impressive selection of wine by the glass, with a carefully-constructed wine list from around the world.
Grissini
Serving freshly baked grissini breadsticks during every meal period, diners love Grissini for authentic Italian cuisine, its extensive selection of Italian wines from the 2-storey wine cellar, the grissini oven at the entrance, the “casual chic” décor and sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and the city.

Kaetsu
The simplicity and serenity of Japan is reflected in Kaetsu, whose name literally means the call that deer make when inviting their friends for a good graze. The menu features traditional Japanese favourites and seasonal specialities prepared using ingredients freshly flown in from Japan. A variety of exclusive sake labels is also available.

This spacious and cosy lounge serves daily buffet lunch, afternoon tea set, buffet dinner and Sunday brunch. With panoramic views of the city and garden view, dining at Tiffin offers a relaxed setting with live music.

The Grill
Set in the centre of a lush garden, The Grill at Plateau offers al fresco dining for grilled specialities, homemade fruit and vegetable blends, and a fresh juice and smoothies station. There is also a barbecue buffet every evening and barbecue brunch every weekend.

Grand Cafe
Informal yet elegant, the Grand Cafe features an international à la carte menu ideal for all-day dining, casual lunches and informal meetings. The restaurant also offers afternoon tea and an international dinner buffet, popular for gatherings of family and friends.

The intimate 36-seat al fresco Waterfall Bar offers a spectacular view of the city. The artfully landscaped rocks, waterfall and green surroundings create a superb oasis scene while the relaxing ambience makes it an excellent venue in which to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city throughout the day.

Champagne Bar
An intimate Art Déco inspired bar offers the most extensive champagne selection in Hong Kong. Other beverages, wines and caviar are also available. Live performance every evening.

Afternoon tea
A lavish afternoon tea is served at Tiffin, and a sumptuous afternoon tea buffet is available at Grand Cafe.
The afternoon tea set at Tiffin is presented in a luxurious five-tier afternoon tea stand. Popular savouries such as scones, foie gras in a Tiffin pot, smoked salmon puff, cucumber & lobster sandwiches, green tea éclairs and fresh strawberry tart are included in the set. You can also enjoy unlimited homemade ice-cream and sherbet from the ice-cream station. Illy caffè or a choice of 14 Ronnefeldt teas such as Earl Grey, camomile and green leaf are offered to complement the gourmet experience.
Located one floor above the lobby, the Tiffin provides a panoramic view of the Central skyline through the magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows. It also overlooks the dramatic Art Deco hotel lobby with two grand marble staircases leading to its entrance. The attractive lounge, with a live classic music trio, is the perfect afternoon tea venue.
The new afternoon tea buffet at Grand Cafe features a spectacular array of delicious delicacies including mini smoked salmon sandwiches, mini Parma ham sandwiches, scones, chicken rollers, oven-baked foie gras buns and more. Over 15 types of desserts are served daily. Highlights include fresh strawberry tart, chocolate cup cakes, raspberry Lamingtons, colourful macaroons, chocolate truffles, homemade ice-cream and more.
Freshly prepared cherries Jubilee and crispy waffles are available at the live cooking station. You can design your own waffle flavour by combining different condiments such as butter, golden syrup, raspberry coulis, toasted almonds and more.
Grand Cafe is a stylish Art Déco restaurant decorated with dramatic works of art. It is a cosy venue for an enjoyable dining experience complete with great harbour and city views. Menus are rotated weekly.
Plateau Residential Spa
Opened in May 2004, Plateau is the world’s first and Hong Kong’s only residential spa offering guests the alternative of enjoying a spa stay. Featuring a total area of 7,400 square metres, Plateau is an urban, self-contained oasis providing accommodation and a wide range of results-oriented spa treatments to guests. Located on the 11th floor at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Plateau also features a tree-lined courtyard, a 24-hour fitness studios, a 50-metre outdoor heated pool, a 400-metre jogging track, The Grill poolside barbecue restaurant and The Waterfall Bar.
The Plateau Residential Spa at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong has introduced two newly-designed spa programmes for two. Whether they are for couples, mother and daughter or best friends, guests can enjoy total relaxation and privacy. The two-hour “Relaxing Couple Journey” features a Lemon sugar body polish, a calming hydrating massage (90 minutes), an infinity bath, and a Plateau Tea. HKD 4,000.
