The setting at Pierchic is so romantic, in fact, that it would be easy to skimp on the quality of the food, but thankfully the chefs here do no such thing. The seafood at Pierchic reaches heights of perfection. The pan-fried sea bass with potato and fennel Boulanger is divine, and the asparagus and prawn risotto is a veritable explosion in taste.
