Hutong

Hutong is a stunning, one Michelin-starred restaurant that serves contemporary northern Chinese cuisine. “Hutongs” are courtyard houses set between narrow lanes in Beijing that are rapidly disappearing among the construction frenzy that is taking place in China’s capital city. Traditional Beijing cuisine, and that of the Sichuan and Shandong provinces, inspire Hutong’s menu.
