Astrid & Gastón

Serving haute Peruvian cuisine, Astrid & Gastón was first founded in Lima in 1994. Since then, the husband and wife team of Gastón and Astrid Acurio have opened restaurants in Caracas, Quito, Bogota and of course, Madrid. Ideally located on El Paseo, Astrid & Gastón exudes an air of elegance and discretion, complemented by exquisitely prepared cuisine. Try the traditional lomo saltado, and don’t leave without partaking in a pisco sour or two.
