La Sucursal

Sucursal is a restaurant on the first floor of the modern art gallery, Instituto de Arte Moderno de Valencia (IVAM). Cuisine is creative and colourful, as befits a venue at the heart of modern art, with dishes that resemble abstract compositions that provide an attractive contrast with the cool interiors. From the cava aperitif through to the coffee served with chocolates and miniature desserts, a meal here is a totally experiential delight. Service is attentive but not intrusive, and the wine list is intelligently compiled.
