In the city's most exclusive restaurant, the French-born chef has formed a mostly French menu which varies in colours, flavours, textures and meticulous methods. Chef Joël Robuchon himself flies in quarterly to oversee menu changes and keep diners guessing for the next seasons list of specialties which include caviar, lobster and sea bass.
Complementing this perfect dining experience is the restaurant's wine collection which contains over 7800 varieties and has received many awards.
