Tim's Kitchen
Lobby Level, East Wing, Hotel Lisboa Macau, 2-4 Avenida De Lisboa, Porto Exterior
Despite its location within the outdated Hotel Lisboa, Tim's Kitchen is definitely worth giving a chance to. Of course, you can get authentic Cantonese cuisine all over the city but how many of those restaurants are two michelin-starred? The two most appealing factors of this restaurant is one, the service which is second to none whether its busy or not and the other is the use of the highest quality ingredients which is evident throughout all their dishes.
Edging on the side of luxury more than your standard Cantonese restaurant in Macau, Tim's Kitchen prepares each dish to perfection. We were able to choose many different dishes to share especially because they are so fairly-priced. Their signature is seafood dishes but the range of options are really impressive from fresh crab claw, sauteed shark fin, pork belly to goose web.
LUXOS Recommends: Steamed whole fresh crab claw with winter melon and “Porcupine” milk custard buns for dessert
Lunch: 12:00 – 15:00 hrs
