Mr. & Mrs. Bund

The most stylish French restaurant in Shanghai, Mr. and Mrs. Bund is a modern eatery that serves avant-garde cuisine in contemporary, relaxed surroundings. Chef Paul Pairet, who moved to Shanghai in 2005 to open Jade on 36 prepares simple, yet complex food in a family style service, at communal and private tables. Wine offerings have been condensed to 32 wines by the glass, available in three different sizes. While the food is thoroughly modern, however, the cocktails are purely concoctions of the past, like Negroni’s and Fish House Punch.
