El Paraguas

In the Salamanca neighborhood of central Madrid there is an unexpected little restaurant serving delicious, authentic Asturian cuisine. Asturia is on the Northern coast of Spain, facing the bay of Biscayne, and owners Sandro Silva and Marta Seco have brought the flavors of this northern region to their delightful Madrid restaurant. Sample meat dishes like the sirloin with sweet mustard, or seafood like seabass with green and red peppercorn.
