VIP Room

188 Rue de Rivoli 75001 Paris

This is, quite literally, the place where all the very important people hang out. A justified statement: in this undeniable Parisian hotspot, Lenny Kravitz sips on Dom Perignon, Lady Gaga, Justice, The Black-Eyed Peas and Sean Paul have all given private concerts and Vin Diesel relaxes after his promotional work. It was a risky move and a big challenge to take on: after 10 years on the Champs-Elysées, VIP Room moved to a new location just a few minutes from the Louvre and the Hotel Costes, in the place of the mythical Scala. The master of ceremony, Jean-Roch, has designed a three-storey ‘box of lights’ made up of an upmarket restaurant, an art gallery, a café and a ‘concept-store’ open practically non-stop, smoking rooms that diffuse chlorophyll and finally a gargantuan dance floor (capacity: 3000 people) where you can dance the night away to “house, hip hop and 80s tunes- although special guests can request whatever they want”. Are you on the list?
