Chilai

Chilai is a new, upscale, cool nightlife venue in Bebek, Istanbul, with different floors and different entertainment options. It is a designer-styled venue, with a waterfall in the elevator shaft, good lighting, and a lot of wood in the decor. The Chilai bistro and lounge is decorated with minimalist style and timber, and the soundtrack is created by DJ Dogus Cabakcor, specializing in jazz-funk house music. The dining hall features a menu selected by executive chef Hazer Amani. Other food options include the sushi bar, the Godiva chocolate store, and an art gallery. There are great views of the Bosphorus from the terrace. Its reputation lies principally on its sushi, which is of great quality and good value.

The patisserie-charcuterie is open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.. The bistro, lounge and bar area is open every day from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. The sushi bar is open from midday to 11 p.m., and the fine dining area on the upper floor serves lunch from midday to 3 p.m. and dinner from 4.40 p.m. until 11 p.m. An extra bonus of the location is that there is an indoor smoking area on the rooftop.
