The Casanova Wellness Centre at the Cipriani Hotel offers the ultimate in spa luxury. It is named after the legendary lover whose romantic escapades often took place in what are now the gardens of the Hotel Cipriani. The Wellness Centre mirrors this sort of appeal with a treatment cabin for massages for couples, and other wonderful experiences such as baths infused with essential oils and flower petals. The Casanova Centre is hallmarked by a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, while its treatments are enhanced by Aromatherapy Associates and Sothys products. The Fitness Centre includes high-tech equipment, a steam bath and a sauna, while the Centre also has a hair salon, with comprehensive styling and treatment services for men and women.

With services designed to relax and rejuvenate, the spa provides head-to-toe pampering in a beautiful and intimate setting. Located at the tip of Giudecca Island, and accessible only by a private launch from San Marco, the Cipriani is an exclusive oasis for complete indulgence of the senses.

The spa offers a number of luxurious body and facial treatments. Body treatments from Aromatheraphy Associates and Sothys include Bespoke Skin Polish, a relaxing, all-over exfoliation and layering of nourishing products that leave the skin radiant and warm. The Intense nourishment treatment is beneficial for dry and devitalized skin, based on a scrub, followed by the application of layers of hydrating marine algae and a velvety moisturizing body butter.

The Body Refiner is a toning and slimming treatment that refines body contours and eliminates excess fluids, leaving a slimmer silhouette and smoother skin. Sothys body treatments include the Orient Essences Ceremony, in which aromatic bags soaked in warmed, spiced oils and butters are used in a massage based on Indian traditions. The Hanakasumi Body Ritual is a relaxing and nourishing ritual with delicate scents from Japan.

There are also Sothys and Aromatherapy Associates facial treatments, such as the Collagen and Hyaluronic Intensive Treatment utilizing a new and advanced cosmeceutical patent, and the Age Repair Facial for ageing skin, which delivers instantly visible results by means of its unique dual layering of intensive masks along with specific massage techniques. Treatments for men include the Detoxifying Destressing Mens Facial, the Skin Solution for a bright and glowing complexion, and the Reviving Break, which includes a full body massage, a cleansing facial with eye contour tratment, and a men's hair cut & style. There are specific programmes for kids and teens, pregnancy massages and skin nourishers.

The Spa's signature treatments include the two-hour Casanova Garden Ritual, which begins with a geranium, rose and lavender perfumed footbath, followed by an exfoliating body massage with coffee and incense. The massage continues, using serum, oil, and a tuberose scented butter. The Enrich Pampering Bathing ritual starts with a jasmine tea, then a scented footbath, full body scrib, a 20-minute petals bath, and an exotically scented massage. The Relaxing and Soothing Bath Ritual is similar to the preceding programme, except that peppermint, lavender and fresh mint provide extra invigoration as well as relaxation.
