Considered Extreme Chinese Cuisine 'Demon Chef' Alvin Leung Jnr. has broken new ground in the cutting-edge restaurant in Hong Kong. "I like to challenge people's expectations. Surprise them and excite them. My aim is to have people say 'That was the best meal I've ever had' and I just work backwards from that."

Well yes Alvin it was in fact, one of the best. Seated outside we dined on the tasting menu. Highlights included, The scallops with kaffir lime, kyoho grape, passion fruit and shichimi potato, The Suckling Pig with sichuan vanilla, apple, peas and the Saga-Gyu Beef with black truffle, soy, and “cheung fun”. Sound interesting right? Not only has this restaurant received rave reviews all over the world but it was voted one of the top 100 best in the world for 2010. You will have an amazing time there with a vibrant atmosphere thats a mix of rock and humour and the best part is, this is one of the only first-class restaurants I have been where they don't take themselves too seriously!
