Spice Emporium

The Spice Emporium at The Westin has recently undergone a change of concept to become a vibrant Thai restaurant. Located on the hotel’s ground floor and with windows overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the restaurant is centred around two bustling show kitchens, where the sound of the sizzling grill and the heady scent of Thai herbs and spices further tantalize the senses. The new menu takes diners on a culinary journey through the best of Thai cuisine – sample refreshing salads such as Som Tom Thai, a fusion of shredded green papaya, peanut and dried shrimps with a spicy chili and lime dressing, or why not try the Ped Sam Rod, a crispy roast duck accompanied by three types of chili sauce.
