Bar Minerva

The Basilica of Santa Maria Novella is a treasure house of paintings and architecture. Alongside it, the Grand Hotel Minerva bar is a contemporary work of art, designed by Carlo Scarpa, serving a wide selection of cocktails, wines and spirits.
