Cip’s Club del Cipriani
Isola della Giudecca 10, 30133 Venice
Housed within one of the world’s most exclusive hotel’s, Cip’s Club, in the Hotel Cipriani, is the most glamorous dining spot in all of Venice, if not Europe. Offering splendid views of St. Mark’s Square and the lagoons, the elegant but informal restaurant is world renowned, popular with celebrities and Venetian’s alike. Guests arrive at the restaurant by way of a private launch on the lagoon, and are then greeted with a spacious wooden terrace, decorated, fittingly, like the deck of a private yacht. Inside guests are received in an atmosphere of refined intimacy, and treated to truly wonderful Venetian specialities. Chef Renato Piccolotto prepares such classics as pasta e fagioli with tagliolini or a roasted sea bass with lemon and fennel. Especially recommended is the fried soft shelled crab served on a bed of creamy polenta. The Hotel Cipriani is set amongst the gardens at the end of Giudeca Island, only a short boat ride away from St. Mark’s Square.
