Roof Garden

The two buildings that make up the Des Etrangers et Miramare can be found in the area known as the “Scoglio”, a mysterious rocky landscape that gave life to the legend of Eternal Love. Guests are welcomed by the faces of Jupiter, Medusa, Gelone and Aretusa, illuminated by a bronze lamp in typical Sicilian neoclassical style. The Roof Garden Restaurant with its captivating seascape view directs a cast of sublime local flavours.

Luxos Recommended Menu: Fish carpaccio with artichoke and fresh ginger salad; tagliolini pasta with squid, sundried tomatoes and tuna fish caviar; tranche of Amberjack on broadbean salad with basil and tomatoes; sesame-coated tuna fish bites on sweet pepper preserve; cream of beetroot with cardamom ice cream.
