B-Bar

The favourite haunt of James Bond, the lounge bar of the Hotel Bauer, close to Piazza San Marco, opts for a glam décor with 1950s-style furnishings and an atmosphere of pure relaxation. Here you can sip drinks from all over the world, tailor-made by the cocktail chef Gennario Florio. The bar offers a selection of thirty of the favourite cocktails sipped by the secret agent, his foes and the Bond Girls, such as the Shaken not Stirred Vodka Martini and Stone Martini, Mojito, Vesper Martini and Margarita.

The B-Bar of the Hotel Bauer turns into a venue for live music and DJ sets every weekend till late. Be indulged by barman Gennaro Florio, famous for the creativity of his cocktails, and sample the mouth-watering gourmet specialities of Chef Giovanni Ciresa. A host of celebrities have visited the bar, including Daniel Craig, Al Pacino, Jeremy Irons, Benicio del Toro and Sting.
