Chef de Cuisine Hirofumi Imamura brings his mastery of Japanese cookery to the menu with sushi, robatayaki and teppanyaki, all made from the finest ingredients including over 20 varieties of fish, vegetables and fruits which are flown directly from Japan three times a week. Enhancing these flavours is the selection of more than 30 types of sake recommended by expert sommelier, Sachii Imamura.
