This 19th century-style palace reconverted into a luxury hotel used to be the residence of the Duke of Santo Mauro. Their unique restaurant is a favourite hideaway for locals who come to get away from the city buzz. Its charm lies in the fact that it is set in what used to be the library of the Duke, and the feel is that it has been kept completely intact, books, shelves and all. It is under the orders of prestigious chef Carlos Posadas who offers a menu that changes every three to four months, and which perfectly combines varied international cuisine with the most traditional and signature dishes.
