Aria

From its position soating over the China World Trade Center, Aria is a superb venue for contemporary European cuisine with set lunch and à la cartea dinner menus, accompanied by an extensive selection of wine. Its name is a reference to operatic compositions for solo voices. Australian chef David Pooley was recently appointed (June 2012) at Aria, and his passion for using fresh products, local ingredients and organic resources can be seen from the creative menu.
