La Table du Lancaster
Hotel Lancaster 7 Rue de Berri, Champs Elysées, 75008 Paris
To create La Table du Lancaster, the hotel owners called on the talent of master chef, Michel Troisgros, winner of a Michelin star. His inspired creativity gives rise to a unique menu, with categories such as Zesty, Piquant, Sharp & Bright, Green, Sour, and Sweet. The menu is intentionally concise, and as Troisgros himself states, "fresh produce and tangy notes are the inspiration... expressing a cuisine with a wandering soul." Inspired murals, warm colours and natural light lend a unique ambience to the restaurant generating a culinary experience on par with the quality and luxury of its hotel home.

The Bar
Chic and discreet, the Lancaster Hotel, a few steps from the Champs Elysées, is the ideal place to kick back, away from the world and its watchful eyes. Full of charm, the bar was conceptualised as a great salon, and opens on to the zen and feng shui garden of the hotel.
The Menu
Exoticism, delicacies, and a touch of acidity: these are the three factors used to revamp classic cocktails with originality. The bonus: a new cocktail is proposed every day.
Luxos Recommended Cocktail
Ultra Violet : champagne, violet syrup, and grapefruit juice.
