The restaurant at Straf, in the room facing the hall, is open during the day for lunch with an à la carte menu. Room service is also available. The Straf Restaurant lunch menu features high-quality interpretations of traditional Italian recipes, such as (amongst the pasta dishes) Tortelli with a ricotta cheese and spinach filling, with a sauce of butter and sage; Sardinian gnocchetti with gorgonzola, walnuts and rosemary, saffron rice (risotto alla milanese) sautéed with crunchy Parmesan flakes, and more besides.
Alternatively, you can try "light" recipes such as Straf salad with chicken and avocado, grilled vegetables with buffalo ricotta, a selection of smoked fish with rocket and cherry tomatoes, and a Caribbean salad with curried prawns, cumin seeds, mango, papaya, and soncino green salad.
