Within the confines of the Dubai International Financial Center is one of Dubai’s best-kept culinary secrets. Headed by Chef Juraj Kalna, the kitchen at The Edge creates contemporary gastronomic delights in a modern warehouse-like space. The Edge has no set menu. Instead three tasting menus are on offer each night, the contents of which are based on the daily whims of Chef Kalna. The space is divided into an eclectic dining area and chilled-out lounge area with terrace.
