Horcher
Alfonso XII 6, Madrid
Horcher originated in Berlin in 1904, but was moved to Madrid during World War II. Since then Horcher has been a Madrid institution, and considered one of the best restaurants in the city for over sixty years. The restaurant is famed for its game offerings, like Roast Loin of Deer or the Braised Partridge with Lentils. And don’t miss the Bamkuchen, chocolate cake with Chantilly cream, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Jacket and tie are required.
Horcher is closed for lunch on Saturday, and all day Sunday.
