Hugo's, Hong Kong

This fine dining restaurant has a lot of commendable features: superb appetizers, some served from beautiful Christofle trolleys in walnut, great mains, astounding desserts, if you can save room, and a fine selection of wines, with many available by the glass. One of its signature features is tableside preparation for a selection of dishes, such as steak tartare, lobster bisque, cherries jubilee and café diablo. The Chef's Table dinner in the 12-seat private dining room is a unique experience.
