Nadaman

Nadaman restaurant has been in operation in Japan since 1830. The China World Hotel Beijing location of the famed restaurant opened in 1997, and specializes in kaiseki, the traditional Japanese multi-course meal. The offerings from the kaiseki menu are fresh and innovative, and designed to reflect the changing of the seasons. Nadaman offers diners the option to sit in the elegant main dining room, or at the sushi bar or the bar of the Teppanyaki kitchen. Minimally decorated and cozy tatami rooms are available for private dinners.
