Sift Dessert Bar

Sift Dessert Bar is in the 'Soho-esque' area of Hong Kong and is a trendy little patisserie where you can find the most tempting collection of French pastries, cakes, tarts, cupcakes, macaroons and chocolates!

A popular spot for tourists mostly, we headed there after a meal one night (although I heard it has just as much atmosphere during the day) to see what we could find. Everything was hand made and perfectly presented and as we sat on the outside terrace I watched as my order of the signature Sift chocolate cake come my way...heavenly! Another great place to sit is as the bar where you can watch it all being made! The fruit was fresh, ingredients natural, desserts hand-made and all paired with a decent wine list. Don't have time for a sit-down dessert? Pop in to try one of their cupcakes..a variety of flavours and colours - the best in Hong Kong!
