The summer spot of Fenix Istanbul, one of the stars of Istanbul’s culinary scene, is located in Palmarina Yalikavak. It was designed by famous Turkish architect Zeynep Fadillioglu. Chef Mert Şeran and his team have created an unusual menu for their guests: marinated duck with plum sauce is a must. This year’s specialities will be largely inspired by South American cuisine.
